Beaver Creek Ski Rental Rundown: A Guide on Where to Rent Skis

There’s a reason Beaver Creek is the home of World Cup skiing. This 1,800-acre resort just outside Avon, Colorado, is home to some of the best skiing terrain on the planet. There are 23 lifts that access runs ranging from beginner-friendly to super-gnarly, making Beaver Creek the perfect place for a ski getaway.

Beaver Creek opened in 198o and soon absorbed adjacent Arrowhead Mountain and Bachelor Gulch. Now you can ski or snowboard on 150 trails and reach elevations more than 11,400 feet.

World Cup athletes are making big moves at Beaver Creek, but it’s also a phenomenal place to learn to ski. Sure, there’s plenty of terrain for advanced and expert skiers, but the biggest chunk of Beaver Creek’s trails—43%—are intermediate-level runs. Plus, the ski area prides itself on having the “Ivy League of Ski Schools.” Instructors at Beaver Creek use video analysis technology to help students hone their skills, and they have an impeccable safety record.

Beaver Creek has a smaller, cozier feel than its big brother, Vail, just 15 minutes east. Still, there’s no shortage of amenities. Beaver Creek boasts five-star dining, world-class shopping, and, of course, some of the best powder anywhere on the planet. Plus, it’s home to 11 shops offering services from Epic Mountain Rentals

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced skier looking to improve your skills, you’ll be able to rent the ideal collection of products suited to your abilities. With Epic Mountain Rentals, you can get the latest equipment from top brands and enjoy various amenities, from equipment storage to on-snow valet service. With so many rental options in Beaver Creek, it’s hard to know where to start. Here are the best locations and the services they provide.
